SETTING GOALS THAT YOU WILL WANT TO STILL BE ACHIEVING IN SEPTEMBER '21
We've all experienced the setting of resolutions in January that we've forgotten by February. And the reason we have forgotten them is that they don't really deeply resonate with us. And the things that get in our way in terms of us actually achieving them (like self-sabotage, past hurts, unresolved feelings, etc - we call them 'wrinkles' in here) are never actually dealt with.
