Bates Investigates, Season One, "In Defense of Daniel Holtzclaw." Episode 12Investigative Timeline - August 13 - 17, 2014: In this episode, I take a close look at the events that occurred on February 27, 2014.

Tabitha Barnes alleges that then Oklahoma City Police patrol officer Daniel Holtzclaw stopped her in front of her house.

During the stop, Barnes alleges that Holtzclaw forced her to expose herself and then touched both of her bare breasts.

Later that same day, Holtzclaw responded to a burglary at Barnes' residence after she came home and witnessed a man stealing her microwave.

I uncover several inconsistencies in Barnes' allegations and more evidence Oklahoma City Sex Crimes Detective Rocky Gregory is not being completely transparent in his investigation.

Listen to all the facts and decide for yourself, was justice served, or was justice denied?
