Jeff dives into part one of a five part training.  As with anything we start with the foundation.  To have a strong foundation you have to live in facts, not fiction.  When we start running towards the facts, we can start to create possibilities.  When you get real and raw with your feelings and emotions you can start to drive actions that produce results.  Today we’re going to pick a category (faith, fitness, family, or finance) and plug it into the freedom map.  The freedom map consists of four parts; facts, feelings, focus, and fruit.  Let’s start by looking at just the facts, where are you currently at? Be honest with yourself. Once you can have an open and honest dialogue with yourself, the more clear you can get, and the more confidence you’ll have.
