Today, Sebastian is speaking with Bryan Russell about his experience with the Dental Syndicate training. As a perfectionist, Bryan had to overcome a lot of objections in his own mind about appearing on this episode. Doing a live show means you're uncut and raw, open to the judgments of others. He credits the training program with his newfound ability to lay down the control, reframe, and look at it a different way. Like Sebastian always says, “you have to give people an opportunity to reject you to give them an opportunity to accept you”. Bryan is now giving people that opportunity because of the lessons he’s acquired through this program. Bryan now knows with confidence that it’s okay to be raw, to be you, and to own your shit.
