Derek Carr is widely known for his success as a NFL quarterback with the Las Vegas, Raiders. Who he is as a man and leader is much more than just a football player. He said it best himself when he said, “Being a Quarterback is what I do but it does not define who I am. I am first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ…” We had the privilege of sitting down with Derek to hear more of his journey, the obstacles he has faced and what he did to overcome them.
