In our latest podcast we were fortunate enough to speak to David McDowell, also known as 'The Bee Farmer', from Leicestershire about the importance of bees in the world, both as our pollinators (which helps us to keep a varied diet) and for the various beneficial bee products they produce. David is a registered bee keeper and describes himself as an 'advocate for bees', holding educational courses and bee keeping experiences.
