from people who are still stuck in the mindset that there’s a hierarchy of bodies (literally darwin made a heirarchy of bodies - based on race and sex) - people who don’t believe that don’t praise it) - We have to start this movement and build momentum - it’s a belief not the truth

Your not wrong for wanting to be in a smaller body

 

Self focus // self destruction

 

The compromise of choosing recovery:

  • What you give up (CONTROL)
  • What you gain (FREEDOM)
  • Shift focus away from SELF
