When you get a consult for concern of Stevens Johnson syndrome or TEN, you cannot get tunnel vision and have to keep a broad differential, which should include many of the toxin-mediated disorders we’ll discuss in today’s episode, including Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome, toxic shock syndrome, Kawasaki disease, and scarlet fever.
