We ALL have limiting beliefs or “fixed mindsets” that can be destructive to our personal and professional growth, productivity, and self-confidence. What is a limiting belief? Any belief you have about yourself, about society, money, the way the world works, ANYTHING you believe to be true that limits your potential. But don’t worry, it’s not too late to shake them! Limiting beliefs can come from a number of places. Sometimes we’re told things as a kid, and because we are easily influenced beings, we often develop these beliefs about ourselves that we genuinely believe are true.
