Since we just had a grand ol' time celebrating 420, it seemed only right that we also talk this week about the people sitting in prison for non-violent marijuana crimes. They paved the way for us to enjoy this wonderful plant, and so it is our duty to help take care of them, too.
We were lucky enough to get to speak with Steve DeAngelo and Sarah Gersten of Last Prisoner Project, which works not only to free those in prison for non-violent marijuana charges, but also to help them get back on their feet and reintegrated into society once they're out.
