Recruitment can be done differently. And in this episode, Jayde Pope from Greystone explains how. She speaks about how her business operates more like a 'club' for engineers and how that empowers her to get close to her audiences and push the boundaries a bit with marketing.

With a background in sales (both estate agency and recruitment), we dive into how that experience enables her to link sales and marketing more effectively and get the buy-in for content and campaigns (Spoiler alert - it's all about communication).

Also, for about eight years, Jayde had a side-hustle which she talks about and how the skills she picked up there have benefited her in her career.

As a personal branding champion, a 'handsy creative' and fully remote worker Jayde's story is an energetic and insightful one.

Paiger, as always, thank for turning up and supporting us.
