Today I’m joined by health coach and yoga teacher Stefanie Jung of Wholesome Stef. Born in Germany, but a citizen of the world, Stef used to have a very destructive relationship to food and her body, and struggled with anorexia, bulimia and all the nasty grey areas in between.
But one day she decided enough was enough, bought a journal, got some help along the way in the form of a health coach and started working on getting to know herself better.
Today Stef has a much gentler approach to nutrition, exercise and her body. In this episode Stef and I discuss:
