Meet Scott Shute, the head of Mindfulness and Compassion at LinkedIn. Did you know that was a job title before now? Because I certainly didn't! His mission is to change work from the inside out. But there is so much more to Scott than just his job title.

Scott’s current position stems directly from his love of meditation, but also from his dedication to showing up authentically, wherever he is. He started meditation at 13 years old, but in the beginning, hid that part of himself.
