Here, we take the podcast on a field trip to Greensboro, NC to witness one of the great mural cities of the country, due in large thanks to the visionary real estate developer Marty Kotis. Kotis is a huge fan of public art and sees the clear value it brings to beautifying a space and a community, and this is why he started Kotis Street Art, an organization focused on supporting and propping up incredible artists, now with a dedicated space where they can travel to and stay at, collaborate with others, grow their craft and simply explore.
