#TalktoUs is Samaritans' annual awareness campaign. Every July Samaritans branches in the UK and the Republic of Ireland hold local events to raise awareness that Samaritans are there to listen to anyone who is struggling to cope at any time. As much as I am a motivational speaker, I am more a professional listener so here are my personal tips + tricks to help you become a better listener and help other people's mental health.
