In this GCP Short, produced in collaboration with We Are Guernsey and the Guernsey International Insurance Association, we examine the utilisation of the jurisdiction's fast track pre-authorisation scheme for insurance cells.
After a successful one year pilot, the GFSC has decided to extend the scheme indefinitely and Richard is joined by Mark Rogers, of Artex, Justin Upson, of Robus, and Peter Chid, of Strategic Risk Solutions, to discuss how the pilot has been used, why it is a beneficial new tool and future use cases.
