Welcome Worthiness Warriors, and happy Thursday! Hello from Denver! I’m in town because I went to see Lizzo on Halloween. If you ever have the chance to see her, I highly recommend it! She’s truly a show-woman. I have never been to a concert where I felt so cared about, and so seen. She talked about voting, and rights, and she talked about what legacy we can lead. I want to talk about that today. Your legacy.
Whether you have Lizzo status or a small following of 300 people on Instagram, you’re influencing people in your life. Your ripple effect goes beyond the immediate people we have connections and relationships. I coach around everyday leadership, and when you begin to see yourself that way, you make such an impact. Instead of believing you aren’t enough, influential enough, believe that is a story that is keeping you small, helping you to stay safe.
