This is an experimental episode recorded on the trail and in the wild. I keep hearing different authorities preach about the importance of getting outside. This is fantastic, however, I find that without any specific directive - the idea stays an idea and fails to become manifested through action. So, I created my own. See below:
Get outside every single day for 10 minutes at the absolute minimum.
30 minutes is ideal.
More outside time is always better.
