Phill Nosworthy: Convergence - The DNA Of World Class Performance

I have to say that today I am so excited to be introducing to you all an incredible thought leader, business influencer, and one of the nicest humans in the world of speaking that I have had the pleasure of working with. His name is Phill Nosworthy.

Phill is an executive advisor, speaker, and writer in the subject areas of meaning, leadership, and high performance. His insights into personal mastery and career acceleration have gained him a cult following among high performers in Fortune listed companies the world over. He has worked in more than 40 cities globally and counts Microsoft, AFL, Universal Music, and the Commonwealth Bank amongst his clients and he is the founder of Switch L+D, a bespoke learning and development partner for leading brands around the world.

I remember having a coffee with Phill a few years ago when a lady on the table next to us leaned over and commented on how enriching the conversation that we were having was. That's not surprising because basically any conversation had with Phil is sure to knock your socks off, and this time I wanted to record it. And trust me we went deep into layers of purpose, meaning, the convergence of skills required to thrive as leaders in an age of uncertainty, and we even threw in a splash of Jungian psychology for a bit of fun at the end.
