Jennifer McMahon is the serial founder of two purpose-driven organisations. In 2017 She founded The Modern Day Woman Movement which is a group of female leaders across Australia with one thing in common, breaking stereotypes and living outside their comfort zones. In 2019 she also founded Modern People who are Australia’s first Purpose-for-Profit People and Culture Company connecting individuals and companies to Purpose.
Jen and I connected on the phone in March literally in the week that COVID hit Australian shores. It was evident from our first conversation that destiny was at play - and that we would be partners in purpose. We have already worked on a project together called the Alliance as a part of Modern People which Jen founded to help people purposefully navigate the pandemic, but I think we both know that the best is yet to come.
Today's conversation is a true reflection of the banter between two women incredibly passionate about unleashing purpose in the world for individuals and organisations. And it's a conversation with two women willing to dive into the intersection between the professional and the personal, the strategic and the spiritual, the truth and the transformation.
