The 10 Great Man Journaling Prompts

 

  1. Envision your Great Man, and describe him in as much physical detail as possible (how does he look, what’s he wearing, how does he stand, etc)
  2. Describe your Great Man’s relationship with his emotions.
  3. Describe your Great Man’s mindset (how does he handle adversity, his inner critic, etc)
  4. Describe your Great Man’s relationship with spirituality (ie purpose and/or higher power)
  5. What is one recurring fear you have…and what ramifications have you experienced with this fear driving your behavior in life?
  6. What is your Great Man’s relationship with fear…and what guidance would he give you?
  7. What is your present day relationship with anger (do you stuff it down, do you explode, are you exhausted from suppressing it etc)?
  8. What is your Great Man’s relationship with anger…how does it compare to your relationship with anger…and what guidance does he have for you?
  9. What feels good about your sex life right now…and what areas of your sex life would you want to elevate?
  10. What is your Great Man’s sex life like…how is that similar or different to your sex life…and what guidance does he have for you?
