We are always creating anxiety for ourselves through our thoughts about the past or the future... and if we are living in the past or the future we are not being present in the moment.

Not allowing things out of your control to consume you and your thoughts is the secret to peace for yourself.

But getting the "tools" you need to do that takes a lot of time and a lot of self awareness.
