Bad days happen... it doesn't matter who you are, what you have accomplished, or how much inner work you have done you're still going to have them.

Personal growth and meditation doesn't mean you won't have the bad days, it means that you are working on being able to be more AWARE of why you are having them, and aware enough to find that reason why and then intentionally work on healing that part of yourself. 

Bad days and breakdowns happen for SO many reasons.... but I will tell you what is never the cause. It is never something or someone outside of yourself.

A bad mood or a bad day is like the check engine light coming on in your car... except you are the technician that needs to look under the hood or run the diagnostics to see what the problem is so you can fix it.

Bottling it up, blaming others, and avoiding the things you know will help you get out of your head and into your body isn't going to help you.
