Zane is all about the improvised comedy podcast Hello From The Magic Tavern, Liz flexes her musical muscles with 36 Questions: The Podcast Musical and Patrick gets into the acting process with Inside Acting. Then as always we all take turns reviewing what was recommended last week.

Liz is so bloody happy this podcast exists and thinks more people trying to get their work seen and heard by the wider public should turn to the wonderful medium of podcasts rather than expecting to get Broadway money straight away. This podcast is literally a musical, just sans a stage or visual performances. The story is told with an inventive device to make all that not necessary. Just characters, with songs and a whole lot of feelings.

Pat Recommends - Inside Acting
This little number comes from Trev and AJ, two L.A. based actors who wanna get inside their craft. That's just what they do each episode, often with other actors. They've been lucky enough to host such talented fellows as J.K. Simmons and Jenna Fischer. Unfprtunatley the podcast is no longer producing new episodes but there is a plethora of episodes for you to choose from should you wish.

Hello from the Magic Tavern is a podcast about Arnie, a human from Chicago who has fallen through a magical rift behind a Burger King into the land of Foon. Since he has his podcasting equipment with him and he's getting a weak WiFi signal from Burger King through the rift, he decided to host a weekly podcast from The Vermilion Minotaur where he interviews the strange people and creatures he meets. His co-hosts are Usidore, a wizard, and Chunt, a changeling currently in the form of a badger. Takes place in the town of Hogsface, and are on a quest to defeat The Dark Lord.
It is an improvised scene podcast, each unique scene adding to the overall story of Arnie in Foon.
