1 Minute Rest

4 Minute Interval with 5 Power Strokes at the Top of Every Minute

1 Minute Rest

4 Minute Interval with 10 Power Strokes at the Top of Every Minute

1 Minute Rest

4 Minute Interval at Full Power 

1 Minute Rest

4 Minute Interval with 10 Power Strokes at the Top of Every Minute

1 Minute Rest

4 Minute Interval with 5 Power Strokes at the Top of Every Minute

1 Minute Rest
