Clear cell Likelihood Score (ccLS) is a non-invasive method to grade the likelihood of a small renal lesion being a clear cell renal cell carcinoma based on the MRI appearance. Hyunjoong William Kim, MD discusses a new AJR article in which the authors demonstrate a relationship between the ccLS and the rate of growth, as higher clear cell Likelihood Score is associated with faster growth rate of the renal lesion.
