This is part 2 of Direct Experience from 2 weeks ago.  Today we are going to talk about how to use direct experience, and how to use this concept to move from an unintentional belief system that doesn\'t serve you, to a more intentional/deliberate belief that you choose.

We mistake our stories about circumstances, for the actual facts of the circumstance.  In reality, we only really know our own thoughts about the circumstance. 

We will go over how to understand a direct experience in neutrality, and how to move into a positive thought to change the way we feel about our past.
