Last week we covered Indomitable Self-Confidence, this week we will be covering the opposite idea.  If we allow our fear of rejection to be our dominant thought, we will never be able to understand what confidence feels like.

Building confidence is actually about being able to put yourself out there for all to judge, and allowing yourself to feel the emotions that come with it.  Do you process them, or run away from them?

We are going to discuss mindset and some exercises you can do to move away from your fear of rejection.
