The green team (the backups) beat the blue team (the starters) 23-20 during the mock game in Bothel, Wash. Although, it sounds like it took from Pete Carroll late in the practice to make it interesting considering the starters were up 20-3 before the green team mounted their comeback effort. Coach Carroll addressed some of the things they worked through as part of their 8th day of open training camp as well as his reaction to some of the biggest moments. Russell Wilson took to the podium to talk about his trip to his grandfather's funeral and to say what he liked from two of his top targets on the day: Jacob Hollister and Keenan Reynolds.
