“You cannot heal the pain by avoiding it. You have to look at it. It doesn't stay around forever, but the more you push it down or shove it down or avoid it, it's just going to get bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.”

 

When you have children together, navigating divorce comes with an extra set of challenges.
