In this episode of the BMBG podcast we talk about when enough is enough and setting boundaries. Often in life and especially as women we allow people we consider close or our loved ones to have full accessibility to us which sometimes can become draining to ones health and peace.
However, there comes a time when boundaries need to be put in place. When people hear boundaries, they usually feel as though that person doesn’t want to see them or spend time with but 9/10 that isn’t the case. Boundaries aren’t bad a thing but more of a guideline to protect your happiness and sanity and for others to respect that.
