This week’s episode is going to be different. Just a heads-up: If hearing us talk about a family member having COVID or thinking about a family member passing away (we did NOT have a family member pass away, thankfully) is triggering for you at all, feel free to skip this episode. We wanted to record an episode during a tough period for us. Caroline’s dad and brother got COVID and we’ve had to figure that out living thousands of miles away. It’s, obviously, something too many people around the world have had to deal with and we wanted to share how we’re working through it as it’s happening. Life is full of ups and downs and this week we’re being transparent and sharing how we’re dealing with some of those downs.
