In 2020, Anderson rushed for 614 yards on 125 carries (5.5 YPC) and four touchdowns to go along with 12 receptions for 68 yards and three punt returns for 23 yards. He earned second-team all-conference honors from The American.

Anderson never averaged less than 5.4 yards per carry in a season and accumulated a 6.1 yards per attempt average during his career, which ranks second in UCF history.
