I started my coaching business about 10 years ago with a 1:1 coaching program. It was a 3 month coaching program that I charged $500 for (TOTAL!). Can you imagine? And I offered a payment plan! I needed to have so many clients just to create $2,000 per month, which if I’m being totally honest, didn’t even pay the bills.

I hit massive burnout. I was turning clients away. I was working from dusk to dawn. If I wasn’t on a coaching call, I was on a sales call for my coaching program. I began creating a waitlist. My family was completely fed up with how much I was working.

And to top it all off…I still wasn’t hitting my monthly income goals because I PHYSICALLY couldn’t take on the clients required, without getting sick.

So something had to change. Obviously, I couldn’t ignore the reality that 1:1 was not a long game strategy. I couldn't ignore that there was PHYSICALLY no way possible that I could do this long term if I wanted to have a life or remain sane.

So I decided that I would create a group program. Something that was the same as the things I had been helping my clients with inside my 1:1, but more group focused vs 1:1 focused.

I made a TON of mistakes.

On today's podcast episode, I'm sharing When, why, and how I moved out of a 1:1 business model, into a 1:many business model and how you can do this successfully if a group program is a business model on your radar.
