Today I share my own self-reflection and discovery around my work habits and my choice of how I will be showing up in my summer schedule. Speaking of summer, I also share specific tips on how you can create a summer schedule that feels GOOD. Tips for scheduling:

  • BrainDump
  • List: "I want to feel..."
  • List: actions connecting to feeling
  • Create an ideal schedule then adjust to fit your life. 
    • For anything that feels like "I can't" -- ask: "Is this really true?" and "how can I?"
  • FEEL into it
  • Make adjustments with the feedback
  • Embrace the polarities. It's a part of being human.
