Episode 201 | Mom guilt is this all consuming dark cloud that so many of us have experienced. Whether it's been in moments or is just always hovering, we all know what what it feels like. Did you breast or bottle feed? Co-sleep or cry it out? Baby led or store bought baby food? Screen time or no screen time? Traditional school or homeschool? Working mom or stay at home mom? Family dinners or dinner on the go? Clean and tidy house or a lived in house? We are constantly battling with ourselves and this guilt is breaking us down. It certainly is NOT supporting us in becoming better moms. Because a better mom isn't changing HOW we are doing things, it's changing how we are BEing. It's shifting our confidence and self-esteem which is an inside out job. So how do we do that? In today's episode I talk about the four ways we can begin to break away from the mom guilt.
