Living Fully Alive

Join Mary as she kicks off this month's topic of Body Movement. We all know that moving our body is crucial for our health and well being. Yet, so many of us are disconnected from our bodies and have either lost, or never experienced, the joy in moving. We have attached movement to things like punishment and reaching goals that other people have for us. But what if we reshaped our ideas about movement? What if we stopped letting other people dictate how we should move and instead allowed ourselves to find movement that brings us joy? What if we detached movement from the goal of weight loss? What if we stopped looking at movement as a “should?” Join Mary as she helps you identify your triggers around movement. She’ll help you filter out the outside voices and get back to yourself. And give you permission to remove the shame. The shame around the way our bodies look, the way our bodies move, and what our bodies are capable of. When we do this we will create the space to find a form of movement we enjoy and we will create a deeper appreciation for our bodies just as they are. Our body is the gateway to being fully and sensually alive.

ON THIS EPISODE WE WILL DISCUSS...

-Identifying our triggers around movement

-Why we numb and disconnect from our body

-How to identify when your movement is motivated by diet mentality thinking

-How movement can help us release trapped emotions

-Identifying  forms of movement you enjoy

-Releasing comparison and tap into your body’s unique preference

-And much more!

SEASON 2:
