Whitney is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who helps people heal their relationship with food, make peace with their body, and take the power back from their inner bully. Her mission is to help others stop wasting their time and energy on diets that don’t work, and instead to take charge of their lives and create space for the things that truly matter.

 

Whitney’s work was largely inspired by her own experience with body image and disordered eating. In today’s episode, she shares about where bad habits like binge eating stem from, and how to reduce stress and get back to a place of autonomous decision making.
