He shares the goals of a social engineer, some of their tactics, and the first thing an experienced criminal will do before placing orders with fraudulent credit cards.
Then, Karisse shares some of the "academics" of preventing social engineering, along with some best practices. All of this information culminates into a demonstration of a call between a fraudster attempting social engineering & a customer service representative. One of the biggest takeaways: Social engineering is not as obvious as we often think it will be!
