Hard work gets you everywhere, in fact, I think the ability to work hard is a super power. On this week's episode we hear different perspectives on this topic from successful badass women in STEM. In my opinion, it's not enough to just have talent, you have to put the effort and time in to develop your craft. I haven't met a single person who became successful without having to put the work in! Laziness isn't esteem-able either!
