In this episode we cover the differences in these training styles, their purposes, and try to help guide athletes on how they should approach weightlifting in the off-season. All three of these styles are done as sport, but each one has it’s place. For many players they have been taught to lift wrong and suffered athletically because of training regimen they participated in.
