Since no one is perfect, at some point we’re all going to make mistakes--and for some, those mistakes feel difficult to recover from and turn into active regrets. 

So how can we start dealing with regrets, differently? When regrets take over your life, you get afraid that one regret will spiral into more, leaving you feeling drained and stressed about taking the next right action. In today’s episode, I’ll be sharing from my personal experience of processing regrets and also sharing the clinical literature on how people can actively process their past regrets and find a way to self-forgiveness and resolution.
