It's an absolute Tragedy that it's taken the Right Back At Ya! boys this long to get to Steps but love (and your requests) have got a hold on our hearts, so here we are diving into one of Britain's most important pop groups of the 90s and early 2000s.
Unlike a lot of the pop faves we cover, we're so lucky to still have Steps actively making music and touring to this day; but on this episode Joel and David go right back to "Step One"... literally.
We cover the formation of the band with Claire Richards, Ian "H" Watkins, Lisa Scott-Lee, Faye Tozer and Lee Latchford-Evans (aka The Latch, aka The JB's childhood heartthrob) through to the peak of their careers.

When Steps burst on the scene with the boot-scootin' and line-dancing '5,6,7,8' in 1997, no one could've predicted what a phenomenon they'd become. The fantastic five swiftly went on to sell over 20 million records worldwide, clocking up 14 consecutive UK Top 5 singles, and three multi-platinum albums in three years, selling out arena shows along the way!

Joel and David share memories of Steps from their childhoods in Essex and Malaysia, and what they've come to adore from the "Step One" and "Steptacular" albums over time - including all the bangers you stan from 'Last Thing On My Mind' to 'Deeper Shade of Blue', 'Tragedy' to 'One For Sorrow', 'Love's Got A Hold On My Heart', and 'Summer of Love'... just to name a few.
Get out your old Steps CDs, unfold the signature choreography tutorials inside, and start reliving the magic that's Better Best (Not) Forgotten!
