AMSC's Mr. David Howey continues his discussion with Mr. Mark F. Averill, Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army and member of the Senior Executive Service, to discuss the OPM’s Future of Work concept and how it applies to the Army workforce. Talking points include benefits and lessons learned from increased telework and remote work; impacts on continuity of operations, worker productivity, and talent recruitment/retention; and actions leaders can take to better lead in a virtual environment.
