Today in Rob’s fourth instalment of Eknath Easwaran's words to live by, he continues to discuss how we can apply Eknath’s learnings to our own paths of discovery, particularly regarding leading, managing and coaching.
This series of episodes is inspired by Eknath Easwaran who is an incredible thought leader and provides wonderful ways of looking at the world.

Never underestimate the power of small things.
Understand the power of routines and rituals.

Be open to your intuition. We all have those thoughts that seemingly come from nowhere, those gut feelings. The more you allow yourself to tune into that and put trust in it the better and easier your decision making will be.
“People are rarely at the same place at the same time…that unity is not easy to achieve”
“It’s a very dangerous game to believe you have arrived”
“There’s no such thing as a small thing”
“There’s a difference between being negative and being realistic”
