Once again, we have been pulled into the future funk label NeonCity Records for another BANGER.
Today’s episode is an album just came out: it is Momo Club by Desired.
This future funk album is tight, smooth, and syrupy sweet… the most intriguing part of this record is its soft concept though.
“Momo Club” seems to be inspired by the dark side of being a celebrity idol; the drugs, the excess, and sometimes, the suicide.
Did I just say suicide? Yes. I’m not kidding.
