Diamond Dallas Page is an inspirational example of a life lived with purpose. In this episode, he proves that anything is possible with dedication, hard work and a laser focus on your dream. Host Ian Lobas uncovers the fascinating story of this famous professional wrestler turned fitness guru.

Diamond Dallas Page is a retired three-time WCW World Heavyweight Champ, World TV Champ, two-time US Champ, four-time Tag Team Champ, and with the WWF is a former European Champ and Tag Team Champ. In 2017, he was inducted in the WWE Hall of Fame.

For the first 42 years of his life, Dallas was a guy who "wouldn't be caught dead" doing yoga, or anything like it. When he ruptured his L4 and L5 spinal discs during the height of his professional wrestling career, he was so desperate to keep his childhood dream alive that he tried yoga and discovered its restorative effects.

He initially developed DDP Yoga for athletes like himself who had suffered years of injuries due to high-impact sports. This phenomenally successful program is now designed to help everyone who is deconditioned, or even immobile. DDP Yoga integrates yoga with rehabilitation techniques, calisthenics and dynamic resistance.

Dallas’ book ‘Positively Unstoppable’ is a blueprint to help people own their lives and their dreams. In his discussion with Ian, he talks about the impact of the stories you tell yourself, what he learned about fairweather friends from early in life and how, like Ian, he became an expert at healing his own body.
