The Bills and Jets went head to head in Week 1 of NFL action. It was pretty one - sided for most of the game, with the Bills taking a 21-0 lead in the first half, and the Jets unable to muster much.

The Bills did have a few, very forgivable mistakes today, with fumbles and missed field goals, but behind Josh Allen's first 300+ yard passing game, and 2 TD's by air, and one of his own on the ground. It was a nice day for Allen who set a personal best in yards thrown and completions. Allen succeeded well in getting the ball around to many of the weapons that Buffalo has acquired for him.

The Defense had a nice showing, sending the Jets to several three and out drives in the first half. They did go into a more conservative style defense in the second half, allowing for the Jets to rally, but had the game firmly in control from start to finish.

Buffalo is set to face off with the Dolphins next week, who are coming off of a loss against the Patriots. Last season, Buffalo had some struggles with Miami, but ultimately swept them in the division. It will be another great start for Buffalo if they can get to 2-0.
