This episode we all help each other feel a little less distant talking self-care in and out of game, the things we do and the reason why.  We got a good bit of feedback from twitter on the subject and Jen prepared a meditation to help with our anxieties. Sarah checks in briefly from her Blanket Fort in Kentucky.  We also read a couple emails and discuss several games we're playing, diving into Bioshock, Resident Evil, and some Animal Crossing excitement in addition to our usual fare.
