There is a big movement that we see all the time called toxic positivity.  You all know it - "good vibes only," "think positive,"etc. While we all want to be in a good mood all the time and never feel negative, this is not part of the human experience.  It is toxic for our body to negate certain emotions that don't make us feel good.  In this episode, I talk about why toxic positivity is toxic and how to be more emotionally resilient so you have a healthier physical body as well.
